1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Travel China Circle website and any travel services provided by JUJU Travel Group (Travel China Circle). By submitting an inquiry or making a payment, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Travel China Circle provides private China travel consultation, itinerary planning, and tour coordination services for international travelers. Initial consultations are provided free of charge with no obligation. Tour packages and services are priced and agreed upon separately between the client and our team.

3. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
• Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, and SGD.
• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
• Payment links are issued by our team and are valid for the amount and description stated. Do not make payments via links you did not request.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the travel start date: full deposit refunded minus any non-recoverable supplier costs.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost refunded.
• Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before travel: no refund applicable.
• Changes to itinerary dates or scope after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa) appropriate for entry into China. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for losses arising from inadequate documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Travel China Circle acts as a travel consultant and coordinator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes imposed by airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers, nor for losses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, itinerary designs, and branding — is owned by JUJU Travel Group (Travel China Circle) and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to an appropriate arbitration body.
